    I attempted to book rail passage with my pass and my wife’s. VIA could do mine but they have no record of her pass on their file. She last used it in 2007.
    We reside in Thailand and so any 800 phone numbers are useless to us.
    Could you either provide a number with a normal area code or suggest an alternative course to redress this issue?

    We find it very inconvenient when booking with our passes due to the 60 day window in which we have to book..When going we have to book air fare often before that 60 day window. We travel overseas and are not able to confirm our return rail trip back to our home town before we go ..Also, having difficulty booking the special rate for family travelling on the same itinerary as when it gets to sign out page there is no reduction for them? Custom service does not seem to be aware of the conditions of this pension package!!!..Is there someone I can contact? Am hoping for an easy solution to these concernS

    My Rail Pass when an active employee is no longer valid now that I am retired. I am unable to contact a human being to help me as when I call HR they ask for an employee number and upon entering it am informed not valid also.
    I would expect that the offices are closed because of Covid but if someone from HR could contact me to help rectify this issuer for myself and my wife.

    Do I need the physical rail pass to book? I misplaced my pass and Iā€™m wondering if I would be in the system or if the pass is needed.

    I have been trying to book a ticket, Escape, Economy for 2 days now, I even went to Vancouver Via Rail Station only to find out it’s only open on Thursdays and Sundays.
    So I tried booking on line, I couldn’t do it so I phone reservations, they were so busy it took them a day to answer me, if your that busy why is the reservation office not open, they told me my Via rail pass number is invalid, RT 441821 and get in touch with Via Rail Pension Rail pass. I was transferred 3 times with no luck, I finally got the right phone number but it was a recording after I listen to music for 5 minutes telling me to leave a message, which I did and I’m still waiting to be answered. What can I do to correct this problem, time is running out for me. The last time I took the train from Vancouver to Toronto for my brother’s wedding the train was 15 hours late and I missed my brother’s wedding, I paid for my ticket because it was to hard to get a discount and they wouldn’t even compensate me a dime. I see you haven’t changed one bit.
