I worked for 27 years at via rail and oct 1995 I was offered a retirement package including keeping my via pass.When I went to book a reservation I was told my via pass was cancelled. I was never notified of this information. How can a retirement agreement be changed years after the fact and I was never notified of it, this seems illegal to meet.
My wife passed away July 17th 2018. Do I simply destroy her pass or is there a procedure I must go through?
